Born in California and raised New York, Aileen Gural is an artist, mother of two, and soul explorer. Throughout her life, Aileen has experimented with a variety of fine arts.
After becoming a mother, Aileen set her focus on jewelry design, specifically working with stones and metal. She studied metal-smithing at Studio Jewelers, The 92nd Street Y, and in 2004 graduated from the Jewelry Design Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
In 2012, Aileen was introduced to SoulCollage® at an intimate gathering in her friend’s apartment. She fell in love with the process, attended several more workshops, and eventually became a SoulCollage facilitator. She now shares the process with others.
Influences from her explorations of SoulCollage®, meditation, music, dance, yantra painting, shamanic traditions, feng-shui, qabalah, martial arts and nature, are reflected in everything Aileen enjoys -- from her art -- to her studio environment. Aileen continues to be passionate about creating space for community and helping enable others to create and share life’s illuminating experiences.
